If you submit feedback, the form asks for your name, email address, review, and optional permission to share your testimonial. If you schedule an appointment, information you enter in the booking calendar is processed through that booking service. Calling or texting me uses your own phone service.

Information you submit may be used to respond to your message, manage appointments, receive and review feedback, and display a testimonial only when you have affirmatively permitted publication. Submitting feedback does not automatically publish it on this website.

The feedback form and scheduling links are supplied by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. Information entered in these forms is sent to that provider's systems, and form submissions may generate private email notifications. Their services may use cookies or similar technologies.
